List building plays a significant role in the network marketing business. It becomes difficult for many people, especially those who are introvert or don’t have substantial contact.

But with the help of Facebook now anyone can build a list of 2000 people in a year. Just work 30 minutes every day on facebook, and you can build a list.

You need to follow CLAM theory.
C stands for Comment
L stands for like
A stands for add as a friend
M stands for messaging those friends

Join Facebook groups of your choices. The groups must be of your hobby or likes. Avoid groups like network marketing or mlm.
Now start commenting and liking other people’s post in groups. Compliment them, accomplish them, even you can ask questions.

After liking and commenting on their posts for a few days, add them as friends. Send them friends request and when they accept, send them messages. Simply tell them thanks and appreciate their posts in the groups.
In this way, you can add friends without spamming.
If you contact 20 peoples each day, you can have at least five friends daily. It means almost 2000 lists in a year.
After you build relationships with them, you can introduce your network marketing business to them and invite at your mlm events.
